Spring Semester Schedules, 2009
Students will receive their 2nd semester list of classes on Monday, December 15th during period 4. Students who have been assigned a wrong course or are missing a required course must come to the counseling office outside of class time to fix the problem before Winter Break. Counselors will be available to fix these class mistakes on Monday, December 15th from 12:20 pm until 3:30 pm, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, December 16th – 18th between 7:30 am and 1:30 pm, and on Friday, December 19th between 8:00 am and noon.
On Monday, January 12th, students must report to their assigned classroom (see alphabetical assignments below) at 8:00 am to receive their actual spring schedule. Students must then report to their 2nd period class by 8:15 am. To fix problems that still need to be made on the schedules, students must report to the MPR OUTSIDE of class time before school, during brunch or lunch, during open periods, or after school. Students will not be allowed to miss any class time to address schedule problems. Changes to spring semester schedules may be done by the student only. Counselors will not be available at any time for parent appointments/phone calls/emails regarding spring semester schedule issues.
